Before Production
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once the design is approved and production starts, cancellation may incur charges.
During Production
Orders in production can be cancelled with a 25% cancellation fee to cover material and processing costs.
After Completion
Completed orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our return policy.

Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
